Your content and your permission to Puzzles Puzzles Puzzles
You keep ownership of photographs, text, instructions, and other content you provide. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content and to ask Puzzles Puzzles Puzzles to reproduce it.
You grant Puzzles Puzzles Puzzles a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, process, adapt, reproduce, and share your content only as needed to provide the requested design tools, AI variant, manufacturing, delivery, security, and support. This does not grant us permission to use your content in marketing; that requires a separate opt-in.
Content we cannot accept
You may not use Puzzles Puzzles Puzzles for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, or privacy-violating content. Before launch, we need a reviewed content policy and a fair process for declining or stopping an order when necessary.
Design previews and personalized goods
You are responsible for reviewing the composition, crop, spelling, and choices shown before approving an order. Minor differences between a lit screen and printed material can occur. We remain responsible when the finished product is materially different from the approved preview because of our rendering or manufacturing chain.
Prices, payment, and orders
Prices, delivery charges, and the order summary will be shown before a live purchase. An order should become binding only when the launch checkout flow says it has been accepted. The current site supports test-mode checkout and a restricted administrator-only live quality pilot; test orders never create a manufacturing order, and every live pilot order is held for separate reviews before production.
Shipping, cancellation, refunds, and replacements
The policies shown at purchase and on the Puzzles Puzzles Puzzles Shipping & Delivery and Refunds & Replacements pages will form part of these terms. The operational workflows and final personalized-product cancellation rules must be completed and reviewed before they can become active.
Service changes
Puzzles Puzzles Puzzles may improve, change, or pause launch-candidate features. Before accepting live orders, we must define how service changes affect paid customers and preserve access to order support.
