• Basic browser, device, request, and service-log information needed for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.
• Messages, photographs, and other details you choose to provide in a future support request.

How we use it

Puzzles Puzzles Puzzles uses this information to authenticate you, save and render your design, create a requested AI variant, assess print readiness, quote and take payment, manufacture and deliver an order, show order status, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, and provide support.

Your photos and artwork

You keep ownership of your uploads and designs. You give Puzzles Puzzles Puzzles a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, adapt, and share them only as needed to provide the feature or order you requested, maintain and secure the service, and resolve support issues. We do not use customer photos in advertising or public examples without a separate, affirmative opt-in.

Private storage and access

The current architecture keeps artwork in private cloud storage. Browser access uses short-lived signed upload or viewing links, and saved designs are checked against the signed-in account before access is granted. These controls reduce exposure; they are not a promise that any online system can eliminate every risk.

Services that help provide Puzzles Puzzles Puzzles

Puzzles Puzzles Puzzles uses specialized service providers for cloud hosting and identity, AI image creation when requested, payment checkout, manufacturing, delivery, and operational monitoring. They receive only the information needed for their part of the service and are not presented to customers as the party responsible for the Puzzles Puzzles Puzzles experience.

Payment-card entry is handled by the hosted payment provider. We store payment and checkout identifiers needed to reconcile an order, not the full card number entered there.

Retention and deletion

Unclaimed uploads are scheduled for deletion after 24 hours, and transient AI job records expire after 30 days. Signed-in customers can open an account-deletion request with a 14-day recovery window and can clear this browser’s session and local draft. Saved artwork, orders, support history, security logs, and required financial records still need final, legally reviewed retention periods before live ordering.

Choices and requests

You can choose not to upload a photo or request an AI variant. The authenticated support area now records deletion and duplicate-identity requests without automatically merging provider identities. Access, correction, completed deletion, and external privacy-contact procedures still need final policy approval before launch.

Children

Puzzles Puzzles Puzzles is not designed for children to create accounts or place orders. Age eligibility and any region-specific consent language require legal review before launch.

Changes

When this draft becomes an active policy, Puzzles Puzzles Puzzles will identify its effective date and explain material changes. This page does not yet represent a live commercial service.
