Shipping should never feel like a mystery.

Here is the delivery approach being prepared for the Puzzles Puzzles Puzzles U.S. launch.

Launch draft: Live production ordering has not launched, so final delivery methods and timing promises are not yet published.

Where we plan to ship

The initial launch is planned for United States addresses. Other destinations are not currently supported by the checkout workflow.

Delivery estimates

Before a customer pays, we will show the available delivery method, its price, and a current estimated window. Because each puzzle is made to order, that estimate includes preparation and manufacturing as well as carrier travel. An estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.

When an order ships

Once a live order is handed to the carrier, My Orders will show its Puzzles Puzzles Puzzles status and a carrier tracking link when one is available. We remain the point of contact even when another company manufactures or carries the package.

If there is a delay

If we cannot ship within the time promised at purchase, we will provide a revised date and the choices required for that delay, including cancellation and a refund when applicable. The operational notification and refund workflow must be completed before live orders open.

Address changes

Personalized orders can move into preparation quickly. An address change is not guaranteed after an order is placed. The launch support process will confirm whether a change is still possible before promising it.
